- We only accept returns and offer refunds in-store.
- Returns and refunds are only available if the quality of the print is not up to standard, including defects or discrepancies with your order.
- Return Window:
- All returns and refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your prints.
2. Return Process
- In-Store Return:
- Bring the defective prints and your receipt to our store.
- Our team will inspect the prints and determine if they meet the criteria for a refund or replacement.
- Refund Processing:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment or store credit, based on your preference.
3. Quality Assurance
- Quality Control:
- Each print undergoes a rigorous quality check before leaving our facility. However, if you believe there is a defect, please bring it to our attention promptly.
