  • Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
    • We only accept returns and offer refunds in-store.
    • Returns and refunds are only available if the quality of the print is not up to standard, including defects or discrepancies with your order.
  • Return Window:
    • All returns and refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your prints.

2. Return Process

  • In-Store Return:
    • Bring the defective prints and your receipt to our store.
    • Our team will inspect the prints and determine if they meet the criteria for a refund or replacement.
  • Refund Processing:
    • If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment or store credit, based on your preference.

3. Quality Assurance

  • Quality Control:
    • Each print undergoes a rigorous quality check before leaving our facility. However, if you believe there is a defect, please bring it to our attention promptly.
